This small archipelago is located in the southernmost part of Uppland and covers some hundred islands in a 7 x 10 kilometer area. The archipelago extends from Runmarö in the north to Aspö to the south and is approximately 500 km from Gothenburg and about 250 km from Estonia. From Stavsnäs Vinterhamn there are plenty of regular connections to Runmarö with Waxholmsbolaget or other boat companies.

You can easily get to or from the island at several times of the day and you can also bring a bike, which we recommend because of the fairly large distances on the island. If you leave Stockholm, take bus 433 or 434 from Slussen. Bus ride to Stavsnäs takes about 50 minutes. Islands outside the Runmarö, which do not have a regular connection, will travel by taxi from Stavsnäs or Runmarö. This applies, for example, to Berghamn and Munkö. If you come by your own boat you can hook up in Norrviken on Storön, a historic harbor bay, where Sv Kryssarklubben now exists.
